Jul 15, 2015 · That's some serious torque to remove a wheel with that lug wrench LOL. My '06 F350 with 18" aluminum wheels was 150. My '11 F250 is 165 also with 18" aluminum wheels. Both recommended a single drop of oil on the nut/washer combo. I suspect that 150 lb ft would be just as good as 165 for the 'average' user.
